If I list my wedding dress for sale, how long will it take before it is online? Your account will be online instantly. Sales items are activated as soon as payment is received. Activation of sales items can take up to several hours to be activated |

Is it safe to use my credit card? Yes, we use Paypal SSL for all our secure credit card transactions. Paypal is the universally accepted way for many businesses to trade online |

How do I setup my dress listing? Simply fill out the form to the left of any screen and follow the prompts. Once you complete the simple account setup process, you will login to your sales console and begin setting up your listing |

Can I upload images of my dress? Yes, we have a program that will help you to do this, once you have signed in to your sales console. Alternatively, you can send your images to our support team and we will render and resize them for you |

I cannot seem to setup an account, I keep getting an error? Check that you have cookies enabled on your web browser. Our server uses a cookie (memory file), to communicate effectively with your PC or MAC. If you have cookies disabled on your browser, the communication between us and you will not work |

I have signed up, but I keep getting redirected to a page that says Duplicate User? Your email address is already registered in our database. Use that account to manage your sales listings. You can recover your password by going to our Login Page |

I have lost my password, what do I do? You can recover your password by going to our Login Page. Select 'Lost Password' and follow the prompts |

When I upload an image via my sales console, I get an error? There are several reasons why this can occur. Check that your file is under 100K in size, and that it is in one of the following formats JPG, GIF. If you continue to have issues, please forward your images to our support team |

Will my phone number be displayed with my dress listing? No. We highly recommend that you do not type your phone number into your dress description field. Potential buyers will contact you using the Email form located within your listing |

Will you issue a refund if my dress doesn't sell? No. We rarely issue refunds, since most brides selling thier wedding dress, will have already read and understand the terms and conditions of our online business |

Why are all the wedding accessories and products in US dollars? Because we source all of our wedding store items from the United States of America. We list the suppliers who we believe offer the highest quality and the best range of wedding items |

Can I get any wedding store item on your site shipped to my local destination? Yes, our suppliers all use either FedEx or UPS as their preferred courier. They will ship virtually anywhere, and fast too |

What is the delivery icon used for? This will direct you to Interparcel, where you can quickly calculate your parcel delivery charges, and estimated delivery time |

I have paid for my account but it hasn't been activated? Activation of sales items can take up to several hours to be activated due to variances in web traffic. When you have received a confirmation of payment from Paypal, your sale item will be activated shortly |

I am a dress supplier. Can I advertise my dresses on your site? Yes, dress makers, coutures and retailers are all welcome to advertise dresses. |

How many sale items can I add? There is no limit to the amount of sale items you can add. Each item will be charged at the standard rate of £10 |
